Health is Gift
Our Health is perhaps the most important gift that has been given to us next to the breathe of life, and we often take it for granted that we will live a long happy and prosperous life, but good health does not come easy it must be worked at, naturally it is not an automatic machine, practicing good health requires commitment to exercise, which includes physical efforts by taking brisk walks and eating healthy nourishing food, supplemented by the vital vitamins required to maintain a healthy immune system we begin to come somewhere near significant, physical health can become over emphasized leaving out what I would say is the most important area of our existence. Our health is important because it gives us the ability to be independent and to do daily the little things that makes us feel special. Having a great body should be complimented with an equally great mind. mental and emotional health can cope with threatening disease if the supportive knowledge is in place, good health is achievable weather you are wealthy are poor, its not conditional upon your status, but you are the greatest motivation for who you are and what you want to become, so cherishing what is precious and completely so amazingly beautiful can pose several thought provoking questions. HCF Health Insurance always care about your health.

How To Eat Health Diet During Pregnancy
Perhaps the number one complaint of women trying to watch their weight during pregnancy is that they are hungry all the time. True, pregnancy does result in an increased metabolic demand on the body, which can cause you to crave for foods.
The first thing to remember is that the idea that you should eat for two is wrong. You only need an additional 300 calories per day, and generally you don't need these calories until you are well on your way to the second and third trimesters.
So what can you do to help manage your weight and stick to a healthy diet?
Remember that during pregnancy it is vital that you do not cut back on your caloric intake. This has the potential to rob your baby of essential nutrients that are necessary for his/her growth and development.
Here are some tips to help you stick to a healthy diet throughout your pregnancy:Avoid skipping meals. If you have a habit of skipping breakfast, you'll find that you are not only more fatigued but ravenous during your pregnancy, which will result in overeating. Be sure that you eat each meal every day.
Try eating several mini meals throughout the day. This will not only help you feel fuller longer, it will help minimize the nausea often experienced during the first trimester.
Satisfy your cravings with nutritious snacks. Have a variety of healthy things to snack on readily available so you avoid overindulging in foods that are too decadent. If you are craving something sweet, consider having some mini chocolates near by or opt for a cup of hot chocolate. Both are far better for you than an entire candy bar or piece of cake.
Exercise during your pregnancy. The act of exercising in and of itself will be plenty to motivate you to stick to a healthy diet. You'll feel better about yourself and find that you have more energy throughout the day.
Avoid high calorie beverages. Like cola and soda pop (which isn't good for you anyway, particularly during pregnancy), juices and other flavored drinks often contain a good 100-300 calories per serving. Stick to water or flavored water during your pregnancy.
Drink lots of water. You may think you are hungry when in fact you are actually thirsty at many points during your pregnancy. In fact, the brains hunger and thirst centers often get mixed up, so people often feel like hungry when they are in fact dehydrated. The better hydrated you are, the less likely you are to overeat.

Planning a Family
Have a look at your diet, exercise and stress levels, and see if you need to make any changes to give your baby a good start in life. Doctors recommended to take Folic Acid before and during your pregnancy (especially during conception) so find out about the importance of Folate in your diet. If you drink and smoke, consider giving up before getting pregnant. If you’re on medication or have any health concerns, have a chat to your doctor to put your mind at rest and help you have a healthy pregnancy.Tell them about any pre-conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension and epilepsy which may be aggravated by pregnancy, or may introduce additional aspects of the pregnancy that should be managed.
If you don’t have health insurance, the time to take out pregnancy cover is before you get pregnant.
With HCF, you’ll need to plan ahead and take out cover 12 months before the baby is born. Our Top Plus Cover also provides benefits for assisted conception, such as IVF. Trust me they have helped me during my conception until I gave birth to my wonderful angel without giving me headache.

Be Positive
For single moms, your the one your children who can count one. There will be days when working and you have no choice. You must fight frustration by reminding yourself what a good model of a mother you are to your child. The best thing you can do for your child is to show him or her how to be a strong, resourceful individual.
There are some circumstances that things doesn't go as planned. It's not what your thinking like your gonna miss a bus, burn a dinner. NO, its far worst, such as becoming tortuous in a moral, ethical, and legal dilemma so great. But the most important thing is that to believe you can possibly live a great life!
Thank You
